VOLUNTEER SPOTLIGHT
Carmen is our ray of sunshine! She started volunteering with Mobius three years ago and always brings enthusiasm and joy to her work. We especially appreciate that she is happy to help with any type of task, including punching out hundreds of paper flowers and helping us prepare other art supplies. When she’s volunteering, you can find her working at her favorite place – the Art Studio!

Follow these steps to become a volunteer:
- Complete the Mobius Volunteer Application.
- Meet with the Volunteer Coordinator for an interview to discuss available volunteer positions and determine the one best suited for your interests, knowledge, goals, and availability.
- Complete a criminal background check.
- Attend required training sessions based on the volunteer position(s) you choose.

We love volunteers at Mobius!
We are always looking for new volunteers and could use your unique talents and skills!
Volunteers are an essential part of the Mobius team. As a volunteer with Mobius, you will interact with children and families in meaningful ways, all while having fun! You may assist staff on the exhibit floor, prep supplies for hands-on arts and crafts and simple science activities, assist with classes, help with special events, and offer your time and skills in many other ways. Volunteer opportunities are available for both individuals and groups. Days and times for volunteer shifts are flexible. Shifts may occur at Mobius and/or elementary schools.
Volunteers must be a minimum of 16 years old (15 years old and younger may volunteer with an adult 18 years old or older) and complete a criminal background check.
